CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. How to order?
You should select the products you want by clicking on the "Add to cart", which appears in the expanded description of each product or abstract of each. The product search can be performed through the fast search or browsing categories and brands that appear to the left of each page.

2. How to add more products to the shopping cart?
Pressing the "Add to Cart" the product is added to your shopping cart. To continue shopping should only browse the store and clicking the button "Add to cart" or press the "Continue Shopping" which appears in the list and the total amount.

3. When is Checkout?

RETURNS

If you received an order and are not satisfied with any item, you can request a refund. Provided it meets the conditions can be read below.

Conditions for acceptance of return.

Dellicare (Organic Lifestyle S.L.), reserves the right to claim damages to compensate for any damage to the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs incurred by the return. Dellicare only accept the return of goods if:

1 - In the period determined for that purpose by the Act (10 calendar days of receipt by the carrier), the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal. Dellicare accept the exercise of that right solely if the goods were in the same state as it was delivered and ready for sale, with their corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition.

2 - If the goods were defective, in accordance with the Product Liability Act, Dellicare shall immediately replaced with an identical product.

3 - Dellicare also proceed to refund the amount of the goods when through no breach (whether direct or indirect) to her, she saw unable to serve.

4 - Dellicare accept the return of the goods when for reasons attributable to it, the product requested does not correspond with the request of the customer.

5 - If you want a change or alternative item, you must place a new order.
In case of dispute or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or enforcement of these Conditions of Sale, they will be resolved before the Courts of Madrid.

Steps to follow:

Order your return via email to pedidos@dellicare.com or requests section in your account within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier company. Please do know that e-mail or in the comments field of your account, the order number and the reason for returning the item.
Upon receipt of your request for a refund, we will contact you. to indicate the steps in this recovery.

Then and always within 5 working days of your request, our courier will collect the item on the schedule you specify. Transportation costs will be paid by the customer. Alternatively you can send it to another courier or logistics, freight prepaid by the customer.

Prepare then pick up the package in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been pulled and the item has not been used or handled. The return must fulfill these conditions to be accepted.

Failure to meet any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning items that have not been accepted. All expenses incurred for such refund, including the transport of these items, be borne by you. If you do not accept this condition, Dellicare may retain the items and the amount thereof.
