RETURNS

If you have received an order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you may request a return. As long as you meet the conditions you can read below.

Conditions for acceptance of return.

Dellicare (Organic Lifestyle S.L.), reserves the right to claim compensation to compensate for any damages suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs caused by the return. Dellicare will only accept the return of the merchandise if:

1- Within the term established by law (10 calendar days), the buyer exercises his right of resolution. Dellicare will accept the exercise of said right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for sale, with its original packaging and in perfect condition.

2- If the merchandise is defective, as provided in the Defective Products Act, Dellicare will proceed to immediately replace the product with another identical one.

3- Dellicare will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not imputable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it was unable to serve it.

4- Dellicare will accept the return of the merchandise when for reasons attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond with the one requested by the customer.

5- If you want a change or alternative item, you will have to make a new order.

In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they will be resolved before the Tribunals and Courts of Madrid

Steps to follow:

Request your return via e-mail to pedidos@dellicare.com within 10 calendar days from the date the order was received by the Messaging company. Please let the order number and the reason for returning the item in the e-mail.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you. to indicate the steps to follow in that return.

Then and always within 5 working days from your request, our Courier company will pick up the item at the time you indicate us. The transport costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer you can send it with another courier or logistics company, to postage paid by the customer.

Then prepare the package to be collected inside its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been ripped and the item has not been used or manipulated. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.

Once the item is received in our offices and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return.

From this date on, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, the purchase price will be refunded, except for transportation costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned in the event that Dellicare is responsible for the cause of return of the product. The average reimbursement time after receipt at our offices of the merchandise, is three working days. The refund will be made through the payment method used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid cash on delivery. In this case the refund will be made via bank transfer, the expenses caused by the refund will not be paid.

In case of not fulfilling any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option to return the items that have not been accepted. All expenses incurred by this return, including the transportation of these items, will be borne by you. If you do not accept this condition, Dellicare will be able to retain the articles and the amount of them.
